Will There Be An Electric Nissan Maxima?

While no official details are available yet, the new electric Nissan Maxima will likely be designed with powertrain components from the Nissan ARIYA, according to Car and Driver.¹Car and Driver also says this all-new electric sedan will feature styling from Nissan’s IMs concept — “a collection of sharp angles and thin lights.”¹ In addition, the expectation for the trim levels’ names is that they will resemble the Nissan ARIYA lineup. Production of the electric Nissan Maxima will likely take place in 2025 in Canton, Mississippi, and its expected starting price is around $44,000.

Even though little is known about the 2026 Nissan Maxima so far, we’re confident that this electric sedan will offer striking style, impressive technology, and an engaging experience for drivers and passengers.
