What’s New for the 2025 Nissan Ariya Trim Levels?

The Nissan Ariya lineup looks a little different this year. Compared to the 2024 model year’s lineup, there are fewer trim levels — four as opposed to six. The four 2025 Nissan Ariya trim levels are: 

• Nissan Ariya Engage
• Nissan Ariya Evolve+
• Nissan Ariya Engage+
• Nissan Ariya Platinum+

You can choose either FWD or e-4ORCE (AWD) for the Engage and Evolve+ trim levels. The Engage+ and Platinum+ trim levels exclusively offer e-4ORCE.

Another 2025 update brings wireless charging to all of the trim levels, so no matter which model you choose, you’ll appreciate this added convenience. Other interior features worth noting include: 

• Dual 12.3-inch displays
• Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™
• Four USB ports
• Available panoramic moonroof
• Available sliding center console
• Available full-grain Nappa leather-appointed seating surfaces

Drive Quality, Battery, and Range 

We can’t wait to try out the performance of the 2025 Nissan Ariya when it arrives at our dealership. But until it does, here’s what we know about its performance so far. e-4ORCE models are equipped with dual Externally Excited Synchronous Motors (EESM) and a lithium-ion, liquid-cooled, underfloor-mounted battery. Engage e-4ORCE (AWD) models give you 335 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque, while Engage+ e-4ORCE, Evolve+ e-4ORCE, and Platinum+ e-4ORCE models give you 389 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. In addition, e-4ORCE models offer a towing capacity of 1,500 pounds.

Range for e-4ORCE models varies. Here’s a breakdown of each model’s efficiency and range:

• Engage e-4ORCE: 101/89/95MPGe (City/Highway/Combined); 205-mile range
• Engage+ e-4ORCE: 97/86/92MPGe (City/Highway/Combined); 272-mile range
• Evolve+ e-4ORCE: 97/86/92 MPGe (City/Highway/Combined); 272-mile range  
• Platinum+ e-4ORCE: 93/87/90MPGe (City/Highway/Combined); 267-mile range 

Now let’s take a look at the Nissan Ariya FWD models’ specs. FWD models are equipped with a single, Externally Excited Synchronous Motor (EESM) and a lithium-ion, liquid-cooled, underfloor-mounted battery. The Engage FWD trim level gives you 214 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, while the Evolve+ FWD trim level gives you 238 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. Efficiency and range for these two models are:

• Engage FWD: 109/94/101MPGe (City/Highway/Combined); 216-mile range
• Evolve+ FWD: 105/91/98MPGe (City/Highway/Combined); 289-mile range
